What is Creative Alliance Milwaukee Membership?
Creative Alliance Milwaukee Membership is a fee-based program created to help organizations and individuals grow their professional connections in the business community. Membership provides a cost-effective way for you and your employees to attend networking events, seminars and workshops. Membership also provides easy ways to promote your business through our website. Join us now in our mission to strengthen, advance and represent the creative industries as an essential asset for growing a vibrant, attractive region!
Who can join?
Anyone! Membership is a mix of:
- For-profit creative services or products businesses,
- Nonprofit arts and culture organizations,
- Sole proprietor creatives,
- Businesses and individuals that utilize and support the products and services of the creative industries.
What are membership fees and benefits?
Creative Alliance Milwaukee is an annual fee-based membership. See membership Levels and Benefits Matrix for a full listing.
What’s the difference between registering for the website and becoming a Creative Alliance member?
Registering on the website and creating a profile is free to anyone. Membership is a fee-based program that gives registered users additional perks and benefits, online and in the community.

I’m not a member, can I still attend events?
Absolutely. Members receive free or discounted admission to events, but most Creative Alliance events are open to the public.
How can I post an event on the website?
Creative Alliance Members may submit events to the website. The event calendar is geared towards a peer-to-peer audience, rather than a broader commercial audience. Creative Alliance will gladly post workshops, networking events, speakers, meetups and other professional development events in the area. Members are also encouraged to submit a discount to their own events for fellow Creative Alliance Members (we call these “Discounted Community Activities”).

Annual Platinum Membership Reception
Each year Creative Alliance Milwaukee holds a special event for Platinum members to give them personal access to a national speaker or other special benefit, recognition for their support of the organization and an opportunity to mingle with fellow Platinum members.
Get Your Logo on Our Site
Platinum members are invited to send us your logo! Please send it as an attachment here. We update our website listing once each month.
Event Signage
We like to thank our members are our events! If you’re interested in special event sponsorship, we have many options and levels available. Please contact Kimberly Rosby, Communications and Operations Manager, at krosby@CreativeAlllianceMke.org
Concierge Job Service
Platinum members are invited to contact Creative Alliance Staff at either 414-347-0131 or at Membership@CreativeAllianceMke.org for help with posting an opportunity or finding talent in our database.
Featured Member Story
Depending on your membership level, you may submit 1 – 4 stories a year to be featured on our website in the “Who We Are” section of the website. Stories are capped at 400 words. Please include at least one image with the story — but more are appreciated! Please submit your story to Kimberly Rosby, Communications and Operations Manager, at krosby@CreativeAllianceMke.org.
Member Event Promotion
Members may submit as many events as they wish, however we try to gear our event calendar for:
- Professional development workshops, classes or speakers (e.g. you’re offering an Innovation Workshop)
- Networking opportunities
- Discounted Community Activities (e.g. you’re offering 10% off tickets to your next show for Creative Alliance Members)

Discounted Community Activities
Our arts and culture Members do fabulous work that adds so much to our community – thank you. As a benefit to your membership, you have the opportunity to bring new audiences and revenue from the creative industries.Members have the ability to provide discounted tickets to their events to ONLY the Creative Alliance Members.
Benefits: increased awareness across over 4,000 creative businesses, new audience sales, the opportunity to build donors/sponsors from within the creative community, and stronger connections to the for-profit creative industries.
